I decided to make this to both strengthen my gameplay and myself! The workouts I chose for this specifically calls for a more "Manly" build, although if you'd like to do it yourself I'm sure you can figure out what to replace.
Rules/What to do
Try getting a FNF mod that keeps track of your missed arrows(like whitty), play songs and keep track of how many you miss. Proceed to use that number for how many reps/seconds you'll do, it can be divided into two for like each arm and such.
Trep Target
Shrugs(With weights), hold for as many seconds as you did misses
Deltoid
Arm Circles
Alternating Deltoid Raise
Forearms
Bottom Ups
Wrist Curls
Lats
Barbell Row(or dumbell?)
Legs
Wide Arcs
Hip Raises
Scissor Kicks
Arms in General
Armpit rows
Standing dumbell press
Bicep Curls
Abs
Planks
Crunch
Sit-ups
Etc
Pushups for the arms and chest
Lift in correct forms
Do it constantly
Consume protein, but no more than 25g
Drink water
Listen to your body, don't overwork yourself or 0 results
